My name is Dave Wallace and I am a life-long resident of Ventura County. Born and raised in Camarillo and Ventura's beach area, I spent the majority of my time surfing at Silver Strand Beach and the Ventura Beach area. A proprietor from the start, I owned and manufactured surfboards in Ventura, Oxnard, Hawaii, and Japan, spanning 20 years designing and shaping over 8,000 custom surfboards.
I currently reside in Ventura and have extensive knowledge of the entire county. In 1986, I began working in the real estate industry, building a clientele of friends and business associates. Since then I have helped hundreds of families find and sell their homes. I have also been very active in my local community. The following is a partial list of local charities my team supports!
