This quaint, but quickly developing town is East of Ventura on the 126 highway . Originally an agricultural area, now neighborhoods for families are being developed against the beautiful backdrop of the Santa Paula mountains with orange groves dotting the hills. Homes here are still reasonable in price while the rural nature of the area has not been lost.
Santa Paula, and Ojai are close by. All of these areas are inland from Ventura and can offer affordable alternatives and rural living with hillside homes, view homes, and close knit neighborhoods.
